I can identify with this, but realize how hard it is to have been awarded 3 Michelin stars, and to have to give them back due to health reasons…but it’s the true reality. Kitchen and restaurant work is long hours, stress, pressure, beauty, passion, and a whole lot of multi-tasking and problem solving. Skills I’ll put up against any suit or 9-5 er.
Now, hopefully he’s got an exit strategy so that he can catapault his amazing knowledge into something else? Like me, I’ve gotten very cozy with technolog, social media and web design. I’m now trying to train others to learn the trade that has made me so happy…pay it forward!
