Keep us in mind for March 14th when we host another cooking event at Visions. Our focus will be seafood preparation, keeping it simple, understandable and informative. We’ll show you some great basic techniques for shopping, evaluating and cooking great tasting seafood appetizers and entrees. Of couse, we’ll finish up with one of Visions Famous Desserts!
Wow. That’s great you got featured on Channel 9. The economy is certainly going to be challenging. I like how you’re getting creative using twitter and facebook to give that added since of customer loyalty. The times are tough but creativity is and focusing on engaging your consumers on new levels where they are is key to surviving.
