Hello Steve,
Disregarding the tone of your comment, I will approve it and THANK YOU and others for correcting/educating me. Although I’ve been a Chef for a long time, and worked for one of the largest Seafood Restaurant companies out there, I have NEVER heard that this species was endangered? Perhaps that sounds a cop out, it is not, and now that I”m aware, I will not plan on serving it and I’ll plan to educate myself and others. I’ve always had in my mentality the sustainability of the seafood population, and I will support it here with my little place in Bethesda.
I see that this blog post got circulated quite a bit, and I thank everyone for writing, you’re doing your job, so there!
I hope also, that those writing will appreciate my posting your comments openly, and discussions and comments will be given with regards to my (newly educated) position…
